A great number of friends are getting sick lately, colds, flu, stomach flu, etc. It’s easy to say “It’s cold and flu season, this is normal.” Maybe, maybe not. Lets not forget that physical symptoms of disease usually are just a symptom of emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease first.
In between naps and fb, sit with yourself and your body and ask your body what it needs. Listen to it and then trust it enough to DO what it says.
My body has been needing a great deal of “ME TIME!” This is difficult for many moms especially working moms. So, I’ve been NOT doing other things that can be cut out and spending time meditating, taking Reiki baths, sitting with my stones and crystals, reading, watching my favorite Jane Austin movies and preparing for Christmas early. This is hard for me to do with my ‘to do’ list growing for work, home and family. But it is what my body, mind and spirit need right now. So, the hard part, LISTEN. Listen to it and DO what you can do to help you feel better. Then healing will take place. If that isn’t enough, maybe you need some Reiki. Most Reiki practitioners work long distance, so no matter where you are, Reiki can get to you. Even if you are home sick in bed. Reiki can help you heal the spiritual, emotional and mental part faster and easier so that then the physical body will follow.

Day 5
Day 5 was my first day of only juice for breakfast and lunch and then fasting by drinking only coconut water all afternoon and evening. On this day I also drove an hour to my Naturopath for my second colonic. I was tired after the two hours of driving and the hour of the colonic but did well and handled it all with no major issues. I juiced my veggies and put them in a thermos before I went so I’d have it for when I got out of the doctor’s office. (When having a colonic you do not eat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours before hand or drink any liquids for an hour before.)
Juicing and fasting on the run. That’s how it’s done.
UGH, The Horror
I do have to say the coconut milk, which is supposed to help you re-hydrate and give your body much-needed electrolytes and vitamins, tastes to me, HORRIBLE! Now, I will eat almost anything in the name of good health. I have taught myself to like many foods I didn’t like before, all in the name of good health. If I think my body needs it and wants it I will learn to like it, BUT NOT THIS. I felt like a little kid again, plugging my nose while drinking it just so I could get it down. Wining, scrunching my face, wincing, practically crying because it was so bad and I knew I had to drink it.
O.K. That’s Pretty Bad
Coconut water, a huge new trend, but is it really that good for us. I hope not because I don’t know if I can ‘down’ this one.
My kids found this hilarious since it’s their mom, the one who always says “you can try anything once”, or “You can learn to like anything that is good for you.” They both acted like “Hey, this is no big deal. I bet it’s not so bad at all, we’ll prove her wrong.” Well, they tried it, with these confident cocky looks on their faces and they attempted to pretend it didn’t taste bad, but they couldn’t do it either. Because I had made such a big deal out of the bad taste, they of course, had to play it down a lot and NOT make a big deal about it. But their faces told the whole story. Finally my older son says “O.k. you’re right, that’s pretty bad.” Maybe it’s the brand, I don’t know. This coconut water thing is all new to me. There MUST be a better way. UGH. Here is an article about coconut water by Dr. Mercola. Read if you want to know all the great health benefits about coconut water. It helps me to get it down to know a bit about how it is good for you, but I’m still plugging my nose the whole time.
Everyone Is Unique
Chicken is not supposed to be good for people with blood type B or AB according to Dr. D’Adamo of the book “Eat Right for your Blood Type.” I eat based mostly on this diet.
I also am not one to believe that everything that is supposedly good for you is good for everyone. I believe we are all different and all need a unique diet. I like the healthy eating plan by Dr. D’Adamo from the book, “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” because they seem to work for me and many of the people I know AND it is unique for each person. No diet is ever the same for any one person. That makes more sense to me. I have not muscle tested strong for coconut products in the past so I’m not totally sure about this water. I’m drinking it for the cleanse because I’m doing my best to stay as close to the recommended diet as possible, but I’ll have myself tested for it again before I decide if I’ll continue with it after the fast. Just because hundreds of people do well with coconut oil, or coconut water, or brussel sprouts, does not mean that I do well with it. Just because chicken is healthier for some people does not mean it’s healthy for everyone. Seriously. I listen to my body to determine that. I encourage YOU to do that too. Listen to your body. Get yourself muscle tested for items you are not sure about or if you are not at a place where you trust your intuition enough. When you get tested, you’ll be surprised at how spot on your intuition usually is. Trust, it’s one of the toughest parts of intuitive abilities. Empower yourself one day at a time by trusting your intuition a little more each and every day. What have you got to lose? Probably not much at all. Give it a try.
Saturday we had another Kids Reiki class. Six children and their Reiki adults celebrated Divine Source Energy by learning about Reiki, the history of hands on healing and Reiki, Reiki spirit guides and animal guides, feeling energy, meditation, chakras, auras and much more. Thank you to Tim, Jerica, Josiah, Lilly, Kayella and Makena for being so brave and loving as they learned something totally new.
Reiki kids excited about Reiki history!
Divine Source, God, Great Spirit and much more
We started the day talking about all the different names there are around the world for God and how they need to trust their own intuition to know what name feels right to them and their families. The kids did their very first meditation to find their safe place and then each one shared what their safe place looked like to them. Many of them saw power animals and spirit guides at their safe place. I was encouraged with how well they did for their first time and how much they seemed to enjoy it.
The Reiki kids wrapped colored bandanas all around Amy to learn the location and color of each of the seven major chakras.
Chakra Rainbows
During our chakra and aura lesson we learned about the healing effects of color and how their energy is a rainbow of colors. As an example we wrapped colored bandanas around my special Reiki helper, Amy Meyers, to show them the colors of each chakra and the placement. It was a blast.
Magic Eye Art Project
Jerica with her magic eye art, beautiful!
While I did the individual attunements my Reiki assistants, Amy Meyers and Lauren Holloway both led a Magic Eye art project. The kids made an almost, full sized mirror image of themselves using their magic eyes. They closed their eyes to ‘see’ what they look like energetically and then created it on a large piece of paper with glitter, stickers, cut out pieces of paper, tissue paper, crayons and more. As you can see from the photos they were extremely creative as well as intuitive.
Reiki I Attunements
While the kids worked on the art projects I was in the Reiki room doing attunements and Reiki guide readings. Each child choose to be attuned to Reiki and each one had a different experience during the attunement. Some felt tingles, some felt heat, some felt flowing or rocking movement while they were being attuned and some said they just felt love. I appreciate how everyone feels and reacts to the energy differently.
Makena loves elephants and saw them as her power animal
Every attunement is different for me as well. With some the energy comes in fast and ready like the child, some comes in slow and hesitant, others calm and peaceful, others come in happy and joyful, but each one feels full of love and creates a very humble feeling of gratitude in me. I often tear up or even cry because I feel so incredibly grateful that Divine Source has entrusted this mission to me. I feel so small in comparison and yet so spiritually powerful at the same time. It is the most amazing feeling to give a Reiki attunement and especially to children.
With children I can often see or feel the immenseness of the ‘mission’ they have ahead of them in this life and feel how spiritually powerful THEY are. These kids are amazing. They have a big purpose in this life and a lot to do to prepare themselves. I feel genuinely honored to be a small part of teaching these children about energy, our Divine and spiritual guides so they hopefully never lose that sense of wonder and that belief that miracles really are possible. They will so need that as they grow up in this world and doing their best to create positive change. It’s a huge calling and each time I do an attunement on a child, I am reassured that we are in good hands, that they are truly ready for this task ahead. A truly brilliant feeling. Working with these amazing kids helps my faith grow each and every time. What a blessing.
Kayella with her magic eye art, she saw birds as her power animal.
Feeling the Energy
After the attunement we practice FEELING the energy and healing with the Reiki. Each child and adult makes an energy ball in their hands until they can feel the pressure of something there, something between their hands that is invisible but tangible at the same time. Some say it feels hot, some tingly, some like a worm crawling in their fingers, but they all feel it. Then we combine our energy balls and the children took turns standing in the middle of them inside one huge ball of Reiki. That is always a highlight. Sometimes we sing beautiful songs to help the energy feel stronger. The more joy you feel the more the energy runs and the more likely you are to feel it on your body. This is one of the kids favorite exercises and we do it as often as we can at Kids Reiki circle.
Perfect End to a Perfect Day
Each child receives a Reiki I certificate just like my adult students do but the kids’ certificates have gold stars on them. They are cool!
We handed out the certificates and the kids went home. I always remind the Reiki adults that it is up to them to continue the Reiki training at home and support their Reiki kid by practicing with them as well as bringing them back once a month to Kids Reiki Circle. Reinforcement and practice is key to each Reiki kid being confident in their practice and learning of energy. I’m so excited to see where each of these kids go with their Reiki path. The options are endless.
Love and Light to all of you wonderful Reiki kids, their parents and my Reiki helpers. Thank you to each of you for entrusting me to this very important task!
If you are interested in your child taking a Kids’ Reiki class in the Sequim, WA area please call or email me and we’ll plan a class together. If you are not in the Olympic Peninsula area but want to find a Kids’ Reiki class try Barbara McKells‘ website or talk to a Reiki Master in your area about starting a kids class. Josslyn Streett, Reiki Master/Teacher and mom to two boys and a whole world of children
(Low sugar and gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe and kid approved ratings at the bottom of the blog)
The ONLY sugar in these is in the chocolate chips! Find out HOW. Read on……
Note: This blog write up is not paid for by any companies. This is my choice to bake and rate these products, a totally non-biased, non- paid opinion. If either of these companies would like to pay me for a testimonial please, I’d be happy to oblige, feel free to contact me via my email! Although, it looks like I have already done it here for free. Oh well, Never mind.
SUMMER IS HERE!!
Summer is here, my boys are out of school and I am a mom FULL time again! The blogs may change a bit because my blog is simply a mirror of my life and what’s going on in that moment.
Baking Fun!
Sawyer is an early riser so we have some time together to do projects in the summer without big brother around. Not the government big brother, HIS big brother. “Hmmm, I wonder if these will taste good?”
Yes, summer is here but in the Pacific North West it is still in the high 50’s and low 60’s with gray. So, excellent time to bake!! I love to bake and I love experimenting with new recipes. I change the recipes a lot since I do not eat any sugar, gluten or soy in my daily diet and have to change most recipes to suit my body’s desires. I have not had a desert for over a year and a half. I have gotten used to this and am happy 99% of the time having fruit in place of desert. However, now and then, it would be nice to have a cookie or some other yummy desert. So, I’m experimenting with a new product that a client of mine brought to me, Just Like Sugar®.
Just Like Sugar®
Just Like Sugar ingredients
On the package for Just Like Sugar® it says, all natural, gluten-free, zero carbs, zero calories, diabetic and celiac safe, no soy, no yeast, no animal derivatives, no “MSG”, no L-Glutamic Acid, no D-Glutamine Acid, no Aspartic Acid, no preservatives or dairy. It is not organic but you can take care of that with Reiki. (A blog coming on that topic soon! Reiki your food!)
Just Like Sugar’s® ingredients are chicory root dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin C, natural flavors from the peel of the orange and that is it!
Just Like Sugar® costs more and you need to use more than sugar because it is not nearly as sweet. But is still very good and for people like me who have changed their taste buds by not eating any sugar, it is plenty sweet! I bought a 16 oz bag of Just Like Sugar from Amazon for about $14 with free shipping. The recipe below used almost one cup of the product.
Sugar cane to Just Like Sugar®conversion chart
Sugar to Just Like Sugar®
1 t = 1 -3/4 t
1T = 1 -3/4 T
1/8 C = 1/4 C
1/4 C = 7/16 C
1/2 C = 7/8 C
2/3 C = 1 -1/4 C
1 C = 1 -3/4 C
Gluten Free
Our favorite gluten-free baking mix!
I am not celiac but I am gluten-free because my body prefers that. Therefore, my recipe also uses a gluten-free flour by my favorite brand, Pamela’s Products. I used the basic recipe for chocolate chip cookies off of the bag of Pamela’s Products Baking & Pancake Mix and then tweaked it a bit. I bought it at Amazon for $44.61 for 3, 4 pound bags with free shipping. We use this for all baking, pancakes and waffles mostly. YUM!
The ingredients for Pamela’s baking mix are: Brown rice flour; White rice flour; cultured buttermilk; natural almond meal; tapioca starch; sweet rice flour; potato starch; grain-less & aluminum-free baking powder; baking soda; sea salt and Xanthan gum.
Alterations to the recipe
I did not change out the chocolate chips, even though they have sugar, because my kids love them and since they are so incredibly deprived of eating “normal” kid food (LOL) I kept them in for this recipe. I also wanted to keep the recipe as much to the original recipe the first time and then alter it more from there. In the future, I will use something else that I can eat to replace the chocolate, like cranberries or raisins.
Reiki your recipes
Reiki or pray over anything that you take into your body for a healthier outcome. Blog coming soon on ‘Reiki your food’ !
Before baking with Just Like Sugar® I muscle tested myself and my assistant as I had the client who brought it in to me in the first place, to see if our bodies “liked” the product. We all tested positive for the Just Like Sugar® product. We had the green light to go ahead with out baking experiment. We also did Reiki over the batter before baking the cookies to assure the best energy and nutrition possible. Reiki your food!!
Delicious!!
For this first time using Just Like Sugar®, I really just wanted to know if it tasted good or not and would I use it again. IT DOES!! The cookies are DELICIOUS and I would totally bake with it again. Here are the results from my very picky kids and neighbor kids.
Totally non-biased kid ratings
Note: None of the kids tried the cookies at the same time as the other kids. I did not want anyone else influencing their words and ratings.
Sawyer (Age 9) and my baking assistant, said “Mmmmmmm, Delicioso!” and many other great adjectives that I can’t remember but went on the entire time he was eating his cookies. He rated the cookies a 9 out of 10!
Robby (age 11 1/2) said “Delicious” and rated it a 7 out of 10 because it tasted really good but was more flaky then he likes.
Neighbor Tim (11 1/2) rated the cookies a 7 out of 10 and said they were very good!
Neighbor Josiah (8 1/2) said “scrumptious!” and rated the cookies a 9 to 10 out of 10!
Adult Josslyn who has lived without desserts for a year and a half, 10 out of 10!
Success!
Mmmmmmmm, delicioso!!
The experiment was a SUCCESS!! I will most definitely bake with Just Like Sugar® again with my other favorite recipes and share them with you! A lot of people on Amazon and other websites talked about an after taste. With the cookies I did not taste any lingering after taste.
Yield: approximately 20 cookies. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla then beat together. Add Pamela’s Mix, chocolate chips and nuts, then mix thoroughly. Place scoops of dough (1 TBSP scoop) on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to brown. Let cookies cool slightly and use a spatula to remove from cookie sheet. Eat and enjoy!
.
Sawyer loves to help me in the kitchen, sometimes.
(I changed some things just because that is what I do. Play with it and have fun!)
1/2 cup butter (this would be a good one to play with. My kids said it was too much butter and they LOVE butter. Any suggestions?)
7/8 cup Just Like Sugar® (next time I’ll buy and try the brown sugar version)
2 cups Pamela’s Baking Mix
1 cup mini chocolate chips (We lowered the amount of chocolate chips, but Sawyer and I agreed this is even too much. I’ll lower it even more next time)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (Thank you Nana for sending these up from CA! LOVE macadamia nuts and they are sooooo good in cookies!)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Yield: 23 cookies for us.
1 hour to make and bake cookies, 4 hours to write the blog.
Loving comments greatly appreciated!! Try the recipes and come back here and tell us what YOU think!
When you lose something you love it’s frustrating and can often be quite expensive if you feel you need to replace it. It can also be frustrating and time-consuming if it’s something like your car keys and you are late for an appointment. Sometimes we no longer needed the item and it was time to say goodbye anyway. However, that can be a challenge of its own, letting go. Maybe WE don’t feel it was time to say goodbye to that item. Maybe WE still wanted that item.
“No, I Wanted That!”
I had this happen years ago with a ring that my husband had given to me BEFORE I had Reiki in my life. Luckily it was not an expensive ring but it was dear to me and I wanted to keep it. For about a year I’d been having difficulty wearing it. My skin had suddenly started peeling and flaking under the gold band. I would take it off at night and do all sorts of lotions and oils to help but it just continued. My body had created an allergy to the fillers in the gold is what I was told. But I didn’t want to stop wearing the ring my husband had given me. So I kept wearing it. One day, I took the ring off to put lotion on. When I came back to the room, it was gone and has been gone ever since. I searched and searched and searched. I never found the ring. We checked the plumbing, no where. Now, looking back, I see the signs. The ring was no longer vibrating with who I was but I didn’t listen.
“Really, Another Life Lesson? When Will They STOP!?”
In most situations in life, even losing our keys, there is a lesson we need to learn. Maybe we need to learn to detach from material things. Maybe we need to learn to listen to our bodies as to what is no longer good for us. Maybe we need to allow ourselves to let go of a person, relationship or situation!? Maybe we need to slow down, take more care in our daily activities and not try to do too much at once (Uh huh, lost your keys lately? LOL) . Maybe we are out of balance with our environment and we need to listen to it. Listening is the first step to finding a lost item that has importance to you.
Steps to Finding a Lost Item
Quite often, if we calm down, listen and learn from a lost item, it is our best chance to be brought back to it. Here are the steps I take with Reiki help, if I want to find a lost item that has meaning to me.
Sometimes this is a quick process and other times it will take more effort. It’s up to you to decide which is needed depending upon what you are trying to find.
First, calm down. Do some deep breathing if need be. Your mind must be calm in order to receive Highest Guidance.
Listen to the situation. Any Reiki level can do this. Do your gassho, sit in meditation or for a quickie, hold intention while you are showering that you will receive information about the situation with your lost item to help you understand what is going on. I do some of my best intuitive work in the shower with the water flowing over my crown chakra. (Always ask Divine Source to be with you when you do any spiritual work.)
Don’t be afraid to look in the mirror, so to speak, and face the issue you are dealing with. (For instance, for me and my ring, I was not listening to what was best for my body AND I was not willing to detach from a material object emotionally or physically.)
Take action. When you get an insight as to what the issue is with the lost item, take action to change the situation before the universe does it for you. The universe will always find a way to balance itself, even if you won’t.
Then you can start looking for the item you have lost.
Sit in Gassho, prayer position, to connect to the Reiki and set intentions. Bring in your Reiki guides of the Highest Order.
Use the long distance Reiki II symbol (HSZSN) OR if you are Reiki I, the intention of finding the lost object. If you feel there is an emotional component to the item add the Mental/Emotional Symbol (SHK) as well. Hold the intention that the Reiki is finding the lost object AND healing your issue at the same time.
Trust in Divine Source to find it for you when you least expect it or to give you a mental message or image as to where to look for it.
Give it time to be found or for you to get a message. Repeat in a few days to repeat your intention to Divine if you do not find it when you want to.
If you do not find it, it was no longer yours. Harsh, but true.
Are you more a left brain thinker or a right brain thinker?
Why should this matter in energy work?
I’ve found that in general, the people who “take to” energy healing, muscle testing and who do psychic work tend to be right brain thinkers. If you think about this it makes sense because the right brain is for the more artistic/creative/visualization side and the left brain more for the logical/mental thinking processes. The right brain thinkers have an easier time dropping their intention down into their heart to make decisions while the left brain thinkers tend to stay in their head.
We all need to be able to do both to be well-balanced.
Balanced is our goal!
Many times it’s our left brain logical side trying to “think too much” and get in the way of the intuitive information that is coming in through our creative right brain. We get information about where to move our hands, which part of the body needs to be concentrated on, how long to stay in one place and much more. If someone tends to be very left brained, if the information does not make sense to their left brain logical side, they will not follow the information they are receiving and they will not learn to listen to their intuition.
This does not mean that left brain thinkers cannot do Reiki, be psychics or good energy healers. Some will take to it very easily, trusting their intuition, and with some it may take more effort, practice or need some help from a teacher. My husband is a great example of a left brain person who is also a great healer. Once he slips into the healing “zone” he’s a natural at it and lets his right brain lead.
Although some people may just say it is not for them and try something else and never do anything with the Reiki energy gift they have received. It is all good and all part of the each individual persons journey. However, with my belief that Reiki is a true gift from Divine and is literally for everyone, then I believe everyone can do it! Sometimes the best things in life are worth the effort, and I believe that Reiki is totally worth the effort.
HELP IS ON THE WAY
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. For some reason it keeps coming up for me in different ways and different situations. That is why I felt sharing this information may be helpful to some of you.
Reiki Symbols
One aspect of Reiki that may help people who tend to be more left brain thinkers are the Reiki symbols.
The Reiki II symbols appeal to the left and right brain persons both! They can be thought of as visual, creative and artistic by the right brain person while at the same time being processed by the left brain depending upon how you use them and intend them.
The Reiki symbols also help to keep the left brain busy with something to do while the right brain is bringing in the intuitive information that we need when we are working on a client, friend or ourselves with Reiki energy. I found this particularly helpful as I was learning to trust my intuition in the beginning. I found that not only did the Reiki energy flow better, stronger and more abundantly but so did the intuitive information. My “logic” got out-of-the-way and allowed the flow to just happen. The Reiki responded positively to this process for me.
I am more right-brained thinking, however, I have a side of me that is very logical and mathematical as well. I like equations and things that make sense (That’s my brain balance). To me the symbols filled this desire in me and my brain.
William Lee Rand says “Reiki symbols are like keys that open doors to higher levels of awareness and manifestation. Or they can be thought of as buttons; whenever you ‘push’ one, you automatically get specific results.” That appeals to my logical side, use a certain symbol and the Reiki works for a certain intension.
MORE HELP
There are other ways, other than the symbols, to keep your left brain occupied, such as, talking. I have found that talking out loud helps keep the left brain busy. (You don’t want to do this if the client is with you specifically for relaxation or straight Reiki because it will disturb them.) When I’m receiving intuitive information and I start to tell the client all of a sudden more information pours through. Also it helps to chant, count, or visualize numbers in my head. This can be done without the client hearing or knowing or disturbing them. Many different brain activities can keep the left brain busy while the right brain brings in the information. Find which one works for you. You will find with practice you can do both at the same time. Try this the next time you do a healing on someone else and see if it doesn’t help. Chant OM or count and let me know how it works.
Once you get the hang of trusting and allowing the right brain to do its thing, the left brain will not need these “tricks” to keep it busy any more. You’ll know when the time comes.
These thoughts come from the heart of me wanting to be able to help all people who want to do Reiki and learn to work with energy successfully in their life. I pray you all take this with that intention in mind.
Few of you may know what a HUGE accomplishment this blog/website is for me. I do not consider myself a great writer, but most of all I’m not great with computers or any electronics for that matter. They just don’t seem to like my energy. (I haven’t worn a watch for years because I just blow the batteries out.)
MESSAGE FROM ABOVE
A few months ago, not only did Divine tell me to get a website going, I was told to DO IT MYSELF! LOL! Are you kidding? I can do email and word and that’s about it. My close friends know my computer challenges, so they will understand what a big deal this is for me.
DRAG ME KICKING AND SCREAMING
But, I decided, it’s 2012 (or almost was) things are changing and I have to change with them or be left behind. I have a tendency to wait until the Universe forces me to change sometimes, ok, much of the time, it drags me along kicking and screaming until I finally do change. THIS, I decided, would not be one of those times. So, I stopped thinking too much and choose to go with the flow and simply GO FOR IT!
THANK GOD FOR A SNOWSTORM
The snowman Sawyer and his friends made for me.
I started researching other Reiki websites and found out that many people use the blog format. We’d done a blog and a website for our journey around the country but Robert had done all the posting and designing. My husband is my polar opposite, so he is of course an expert at all things electronic. But, I checked out Word Press and decided that was the way to go. It was all happening quite fast now. I spent most of the month of January teaching myself the language of Word Press simply by trying things and making mistakes. Isn’t that how it’s done anyway. I bought a book but it hadn’t come so I just kept going. Thanks to God, we got a huge snowstorm the second week in January. No one was driving so I had only a few phone clients that whole week and the kids were busy playing in the snow. I became submerged in making a blog/website. Don’t tell anyone, but I really enjoyed it, a lot!
SHOCKED & PROUD
Now here I am, barely in February and have much of it done. (I do tend to get a little obsessed with my projects) I’m so proud of myself and astounded at the same time you have no idea. Since I’ve been making lots of mistakes along the way I accidentally published it right away and decided to just keep it that way. Let people read it as I go, my work in progress. So, here it is. Guided by God. My website/blog for all to see and read. I’ll be adding pages and/or blogs as Divine guides me to. If you have any ideas for pages you’d like to see please send me a loving comment. I’d like to hear what interests people. It is still a work in progress. I haven’t figured out how to do links yet and I have yet to write the “my story” section. But I’ll get there eventually. Thanks for reading this far and it is my desire that you find something interesting to you on many of the other pages.
Please email me at rainshadowreiki@gmail.com if you’d like to be on my email list. (That section is still in the works too)
