For Classes and Workshops
This is our current cancellation and no-show policy. Please talk to us before scheduling a class or Workshop for any questions or concerns you have about this policy. 360-460-7829. We respect your time, thank you for respecting ours.
Please NOTE: We require payment of the class before you are officially signed up. Full payment is required at least 1 week before the start of class.
* Out of respect and to keep karmic balance for all involved (you yourself, potential students and ourselves), we request that you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student. Please call us at 360-460-7829 to let us know you will not be in attendance.
* Please note, a refund will only be offered if you give us at least 14 days’ notice of your need to cancel.
* A partial refund MAY be awarded if you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice. **This is at the discretion of Rain Shadow Reiki.
** We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that may prevent 14 days’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling your class. In these cases, Rain Shadow Reiki will decided if all or part of your tuition will be refunded and/or applied to future services.
*Classes and workshops take a great deal of time and preparation. Due to this reason there may be a handling fee if we do not get sufficient notice of the withdrawal of attendance.
*We respect our clients, students and the time you take in your healing practice. We will follow these boundaries as well. If we are late for a class, we make up the time for our students.
For Appointments
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
This is our current cancellation and no-show policy. Please talk to us before scheduling an appointment for any questions or concerns you have about this policy. 360-460-7829. We respect your time, thank you for respecting ours.
*Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount the first time and 100% any following times.
*Please note that if you are over 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your session. If we continue with the session after showing up late, you are responsible for the entire time including the time you were late. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”, and you will be charged for the service scheduled.
*We understand that illness and emergencies happen that may prevent respectful cancelling or rescheduling of your appointment. All clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes or cancellations.
*If cancellation or no-show fees incur and payment is not made, further appointments/classes/circles through Rain Shadow Reiki will be unavailable to you until payment is made.
*We respect our clients and students and the time you take in your healing practice, and we will follow these boundaries as well. If we are late for an appointment, we make up the time for our clients.
