Sessions with Josslyn

I can conduct private sessions over the phone, over Skype or in person.  Here I’ll describe a bit about what an energy healing session is like.  Please read more on the other pages describing the other modalities and possibilities. Long distance session–

I do most long distance sessions over the phone or Skype.  In some instances where there is a substantial time zone difference (We are in the Pacific Time Zone of the U.S.) or a schedule conflict I will do an energy healing session and email the results to the client later.  However, I prefer to have the person on the phone while I’m doing the session in case any information comes up that we need to discuss.  Often, after the discussion, more energy can be released and deeper healing takes place.  Also, if the client is laying back and/or relaxing while I’m doing energy work on them they can often feel the energy themselves and may even get visuals of colors or past lives themselves.  It’s pretty amazing when both my client and I are viewing the same past life at the same time!

While relaxing on the phone with me doing energy work on the client they can get the full relaxation benefits that they would if I was working on them in person.  The client can choose if they want me to do all modalities or chose the modalities they want me to use.  I can do almost anything on the phone that I can do in person, (Exception is Hypnotherapy).  I can do: Reiki, IEH, intuitive guidance, sound healing, cold/soft lasers and even rocks and crystals.  When we let go of our “box” of what’s not possible and allow that anything is possible, then anything can happen.  It’s very exciting.

In person session–

I conduct all in person energy healing sessions or readings in my Rain Shadow Reiki Room in my home in Sequim, WA.  We painted the Reiki Room to be pink, the heart chakra color, and a color of calm.  My clients tell me it is very soothing, relaxing and safe.  The room was added on and built literally with Reiki in the whole process.  It emanates from the walls, it feels awesome.

We typically start a first session with a short intake.  We’ll talk so I can get to know you and your goals.  I will discuss the energy healing modalities I use and explain them.  I will answer any questions the new client may have about what I do and how.  Then we take some time choosing an intention for the healing for that day.  Focusing with an intention makes the healing session more powerful and makes sure we focus on exactly what the client choses to.  Unless our healing guides decide we need to work on something else, we work on what the client chooses.  All sessions are guided by our Divine Creator and divine helpers.  They know us intimately, they know the big picture of our soul’s choices and they know what you truly NEED rather than WANT.

With energy healing the client lies on a message table, fully clothed.  I do lay my hands on certain places of the body while doing my work but if touch is a sensitive issue or if a client has a physical condition which requires no touch, I can do the entire session without touching at all.  Many people enjoy the laying on of hands and say that they feel my hands getting warm, cool or hot in certain areas and that it feels good.  It certainly is always relaxing.  Other people prefer very little touch or no touch at all.  Whatever you prefer, just let me know ahead of time.

Running different energies–

When I do an energy healing session I run the Reiki, the Intuitive Energy Healing® and the Karuna Reiki® vibrations all at the same time.  Different vibrations do different things.  I can tell once I’m running the energy which vibrations of energy the client’s energy bodies want that day or at that moment.  IEH® runs the frequency of Earth, Unconditional Divine Love and a special vibration of healing energy from Divine Source.  These often bring in a whole other vibration from the Divine Reiki healing energy and the very deep and loving healing of the Karuna Reiki®.  Not better or worse, just different.  It all depends upon the client and what they need.

Every energy healing session with me will be different.  With each session a client has, their own vibration has changed and therefore they may want a different vibration each time.  As one grows and changes, their body’s need changes as well.  That’s why I choose to have multiple vibrations to offer.

It is best to come with an intention, but no expectations.  With energy healing, you don’t know quite what you’ll get until you are on the table.  I don’t know either.  But, it is deeply relaxing.  Because Reiki, IEH and Karuna Reiki all are healing vibrations coming directly from our Creator, we can be assured we get exactly what we need each and every time.

After a session

After the session I will get the client a glass of water for grounding and cleansing of the body and we talk about the session and take notes on anything the client may need to remember.  It is a very good idea to continue drinking a bit more water for a few days after an energy healing session as your body continues the cleansing process.  Quite often for someone who has never had energy healing their body will start to release physical toxins that have been stored in the body for a long time.  The water will help this process as will healthy eating and an all around healthy lifestyle.

This process can happen on the emotional and mental level as well.  Take care of yourself lovingly during this time period.  Take epsom salt baths, get extra rest and listen to yourself.  Be as gentle with yourself emotionally as possible and simply allow them to arise, feel them and let them move on and out. The energy healing helps old thought patters and emotions to release, lets help them in this process.

COST

• Sessions with Josslyn cost $25 for every 15 minutes or $95 per hour.
• A first time full session takes a minimum of two hours.
• A full session with just energy healing (Reiki and/or IEH) usually lasts about one hour.
• After a first time full session then you can request a mini session for 30 minutes minimum, in 15 minute increments, especially if you have a certain area that you want to concentrate on.
• A full session with Reiki and psychic information usually takes about two hours, sometimes longer depending upon how deep the issues are.
• Buy in Bulk to save $$- 6 hours paid in full, $480 (80/hr.). First session 2 hours, the rest are up to you. (If you wish to include PEMF for any of these hours, that is an additional $25/hr.).
