Blessings all Reiki enthusiasts,
Last July 20th my life changed forever and entirely. A car crashed into us head on and took two of the most beautiful, caring, forgiving human beings I’ve ever known to Heaven early; my husband and my 16-year-old son. UPDATE ON OUR HEALTH

My 14-year-old son Sawyer and I are healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, at our own pace. He was in a wheelchair but he sent that packing last week. I was damaged in more areas of my body; lungs, brain, organs, knees, bones broken, nervous system, etc. I’m healing fast and slow depending upon the perspective of the person and the day I’m having. I’m walking some, but not driving yet. I had 24 hour volunteer caregivers for about five months. Now I have a combination of volunteer and paid caregivers 6 days a week to help with all aspects of life, including my work.

A BIT ON THE HEALING PROCESS UPS AND DOWNS

This healing will be a process, but then, it always is. The process is the beautiful part. The process is us expanding, growing and letting go. It’s hard, it’s sometimes unbearable and sometimes we think we can’t do it, but we can. And in the end, we feel stronger and it’s perfect just as it is. Even with a tragedy like this, I can see some beauty along the way and I’m sure I’ll see even more when I’m past most of the grief. And, it’s a process that we are up to. We have to be up to it, we want to be stronger than we were before the crash. We want peace in our mind, body and spirit. We choose to do it.

First of all, I want to say a BIG HUGE THANK YOU for all of you who have been sending prayers, healing, loving thoughts, meals, care giving, driving us around and chores/cleaning around the house, including picking up dog poop. It’s got to be done. It’s all got to be done and we haven’t been able to do it. I have been blessed by the most amazing clients, students and Reiki friends EVER who show up for us, daily!! I’m so incredibly grateful. Thank you, you know who you are.

REIKI

All of you have gotten me through this past six months, you have lifted me up, literally with a web of Reiki and I’m deeply grateful. THIS IS WHAT REIKI DOES!! My students have been coming and giving me Reiki in person two times a week, not to mention all the Reiki and other healing they are sending me long distance every day. All my doctors jaws drop when they seem me, they can’t believe I am healing so fast. They can’t believe I’m walking, functioning to the level I am and coping as well as I am with grief and P.T.S.D. I owe it all to Reiki and my P.E.M.F. machine. (More about that later, this is about Reiki.) REIKI!! THIS IS REIKI!! THIS IS THE HEALING REIKI CAN ACCOMPLISH, I’M CONSISTENTLY ASTOUNDED BY IT.

TEACHING IS MY PASSION
.
I am still healing and grieving of course, and I will be for some time. But, I am also a teacher at heart and Reiki has touched me so profoundly, how can I not teach it. I can’t. I have to teach and as soon as possible. It is part of my healing and part of my gratitude to Reiki and you.
That is the first vision of my future I had after the crash, teaching Reiki again. So, as soon as I am able, I’m starting classes. AND, I am able THIS MONTH. I am teaching a special class for my caregivers and their family members in February and another in March.

THE NEW LOOK OF RAIN SHADOW REIKI

I am so grateful to announce that Rain Shadow Reiki now has three Reiki Master/Teacher Healers; myself, Ellen Hammer and Amber McCarter. Through Rain Shadow Reiki we are now offering classes, Reiki healing and Negative Energy Clearings.
FIRST LINE HEALING
.
Negative Energy Clearings are considered by us to be the first line in healing when you start your spiritual or healing path seriously. Everyone has some kind of NE’s so why not get them out as soon as possible. They keep you stuck, they keep you sick, they keep you spinning your wheels to not move forward on your path. Read more about them and let us know if you want this healing done. All NE Healings are done long distance.

As Ellen and Amber are also my drivers and caregivers, I thank you all in advance for being extra patient with us while we are doing both healing me and healing others at the same time. We are hoping to do this part-time until I am able to do more and more.
I won’t be teaching as much as I used to, at least at first and Ellen and Amber will be helping me a lot. I’m so grateful they will be helping me because without their help, there would be no classes. Please send them love and prayers.
It’s going to be a long road for our healing, my son and I, but Reiki has been a part of it every step of the way and I’m ready to share that with others.

Reiki I Classes
I’m already planning a Reiki I class for March 24th and 25th, 9am to 6pm both days. If you are interested in this class let me know. Two days are necessary to complete your certificate. I already have four students signed up and can take 8. (Links to classes below)

Blessings Amber, so sorry I didn’t see this till today. You inspire me as well. I’m grateful for you. I’ll put you on a list for a long distance class. IF we can work out the time zones and the hours for a group of at least 4, we can do a class over the world wide web. It’s incredible. These classes take a bit more patience on all our parts, but they are just as magical. Anyone who wants to take Reiki should have the opportunity, in my opinion. That’s why I offer this.
