Today just completed a Reiki III class where some of my students were in person and some of them were beamed in magically from all over the country. It’s amazing to be able to teach this way. There are new challenges that I am working on but I truly believe Reiki was meant for everyone and if everyone cannot find a teacher near them or even leave the house in some cases, they need to have a way to learn Reiki. On line is the perfect option.
When I teach on-line, I still teach my full length class, I do not skimp or give less to my on line students. I still believe in a very thorough class so the students will feel confident. But, unlike some teachers, I do believe teaching this way, on line is highly beneficial and I encourage it. I also believe if you can find the right teacher for you locally that is primary so you have continued support and can even attend Reiki Circles with your teacher and her other students for learning. But, in real life, sometimes your true teacher is not local to you. Sometimes Divine guides you to your teacher on line and it’s all good!! (And, I offer mentoring and continued support via email and Skype as well.)
