Spiritual Ladies Night Out-Wonder Woman

For three years now, once a month, Rain Shadow Reiki hosts a Spiritual Ladies Night Out event.  Each month we do different events for FUN and to remind us that the healing process is JOYFUL and more fun with a spiritual COMMUNITY!! We need each other and this is a reminder of that.

This month I wanted to feel like a super hero and my super hero growing up was Wonder Woman!

Reiki is Divine Energy for healing. Because our physical body is one of our greatest spiritual gifts from Divine in order to learn, our whole life is a chance to learn, grow and evolve.  Reiki is not just for hands on healing, it’s for every single day that we want to be closer to our Creator.

For that reason, I bring in Reiki all day long, I talk to Reiki all day long and I especially bring in Reiki with intention depending upon what I’m doing.

When we watch a movie, especially these days, there is so much coming at us; harsh visuals, lower vibrating language, abusive sounds.  Media is made today for the intention of getting through your protective barriers and into your psyche.  It is much easier to keep it out then it is to get it out after it’s in.  I do this with REIKI, OF COURSE.

When I’m sitting in my car or the theatre before a movie (or at home if you are watching at home) I simply bring in my Reiki with intention that everything I see, hear and experience will stay outside of my personal space.  I’ll enjoy the experience, but NOT take in anything in that I do not choose to take in.  Sometimes during an action movie like this one, I’ll do it again in the middle just if my intuition is recommending it.

IF you have movies, TV or news that you feel has gotten into your subconscious and still haunts you, follows you around through your life  (for me it was the movies ‘The Birds’ and ‘The Wizard of Oz’ flying monkeys) I can help you remove those.  My lifelong fear of birds has gotten much better since I removed “The Birds” from watching it at too young of an age.  THIS is one of the things I can do with Reiki and ThetaHealing.
